Centro-Matic was formed in 1995 in Denton, TX founded by singer, guitarist and songwriter Will Johnson. The band includes Scott Danbom - keys, violin and vocals, Mark Hedman - bass, and Matt Pence - drummer who has also produced all of the band's CD's to date. *Distance and Clime* is the 6th full length release from ths prolific band in addition to several singles and compilation appearances. The band is a perennial critic fave, having received raving reviews and features in national and international magazines including Alternative Press, Magnet, Puncture, CMJ, NME, Q, and many others.
